RETURNS

 

Conditions and instructions for making a return.

To facilitate the processing of a return, please send us your costumer and your order information, and if it's posible, some pictures of the mineral to SEND EMAIL and send the product in its original packaging C.O.D. via Correos.es, with a copy of the request order to the following address:

The return must be wrapped well in paper, a bag, or something similar, to avoid damage to the merchandise, the packaging and merchandise must be in perfect condition.

Once we have verified that the product returned is complete and in perfect condition, we will issue a refund for the returned articles.

Full refunds will take effect in a period of approximately one to three weeks from the time of receipt of the returned merchandise in our warehouses.

Damaged mineral specimen will not be accepted for return of funds.

Any products not accompanied by all required documents will cause a delay in processing the refund.
